After not seeing anyone in the medical field for an extremely long time, the nurse practitioners I saw were excellent. I felt heard and understood about what my needs were. Everyone was pleasant and professional. My nurse. Reeta, and the young lady, Brittany, who drew my blood, were excellent. I am nervous when my blood is taken and Brittany was fantastic at making the experience comfortable for me. I appreciate the level of care.

Dr. O has an excellent bedside manner. He was warm, friendly, and made both my son and me feel comfortable from the start. He was thorough during my son’s annual visit, listened carefully to all of our concerns, and never made us feel rushed. What stood out the most was the connection he made with my 10-year-old son. After the appointment, my son said it was nice to be seen by a young Black doctor because he felt Dr. O was relatable, easy to talk to, and “cool.” He left the visit feeling comfortable and understood, which made a lasting impression on him. My son summed it up perfectly: “Dr. O is an awesome doctor.” We truly appreciate the exceptional care and highly recommend him.

Dr. Erin Murphy (dentist at the dental clinic): ZERO star rating for being downright rude and condescending in response to simple, honest questions and also in response to correcting her mispronunciation of patient's name, as well as exhibiting gaslighting behavior. After being informed that someone was on the autism spectrum to explain why multiple clarifying questions were asked she proceeded to speak to that person as if they could not comprehend simple instructions/directions. We were informed that she is the only dentist on staff at this location so we made the next appointment for another location for this reason. Although both the receptionist and assistant were nice and kind to us we do not recommend this dentist/dental clinic.

Worst doctor’s office experience I’ve ever had. I visited last week and was seen without being asked to pay a copay or any past due balance. I scheduled another appointment for today, and suddenly I’m told I have a balance from 2020—something that was never mentioned before, despite me being a patient here since I was 16. I came in sick and was refused service over this, and then was told if I paid just $1, I could be seen. That was honestly the most frustrating and unprofessional part of the entire experience. I’m extremely disappointed in the level of customer service I received from McGill. Definitely will be finding a new doctor’s office. ✌🏾😡

Message for the Team at McGill Family Medicine To: Dr. Hyman Fowler, Dr. O, Kaitlyn, and the Entire Staff From: Steven I wanted to send a note of sincere appreciation to everyone at McGill Family Medicine. I’ve been coming here since 2017, and the care I receive is truly second to none. To Kaitlyn: Thank you for going above and beyond with my blood pressure monitor. Taking the time to unbox it, set it up, and walk me through the process—all while making sure I didn't stress over the numbers—was incredibly kind. You turned a technical task into a very sweet and reassuring experience. To Dr. Hyman Fowler: Thank you for being so patient and kind over the years. I know you do everything in your power to keep me healthy and, most importantly, to get me back on the basketball court. Having a doctor who understands how much that means to me makes all the difference. To Dr. O: Thank you for seeing me yesterday.
